This is the second draft of our movie. While watching, I realized the actors could have been louder when speaking. There was one scene that you could barely hear what they were saying. At the end, the two actors were supposed to run in two different directions. On a side note, the camera operator accidentally has his thumb in two parts of one of the scenes. These are all things that will need to be fixed before the final version.
There were definitely some acting moments that we should keep in the movie. The actors showed a lot of emotion in the second draft. This second draft shows more of the horror film conventions. There was the lights flickering and the close up of the hand trying to open the doorknob. These, along with the tracking shot that followed the actor trying to get out, are all items that create a sense of fear and horror.
I am starting to get excited to see the final draft!
